"Hôtel à éviter, attente de 10mn devant le portail fermé sans sonnette à l'arrivée, accueil quasi clandestin par une gardienne femme de ménage ne parlant que l'espagnol et pas prévenue de notre arrivée alors que j'avais réservé depuis des semaines, essayant de me passer au téléphone la patronne me raccrochant au nez à plusieurs reprises, pas d'enregistrement d'arrivée, aucun autre personnel, aucune prestation autre qu'un médiocre petit déjeuner, aucune boisson disponible, bar et piscine fermées,...

"The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

"We had a wonderful stay here. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time at the lodge, walking the trails and relaxing at the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We hope to return to La Cusinga in the future, it’s truly a special place. "

"The house is absolutely unique, and beautifully situated with a river running through the back garden, making sleep filled with wonderful water noises. The house is artistically decorated, with a lot of unique pieces, and it is fully equipped with anything you need. To note, that for access you need a four-wheel-drive. "

Auf unserer Reise mit 9 Unterkünften (3–4 Sterne, B&Bs) war dieses Hotel das teuerste – leider auch mit dem schwächsten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. We left and Expedia does not want to reimburse the money we paid for a room that...
