The staff are very nice and friendly, the pool and the view is wonderful but they don’t have elevators what’s very bad , the breakfast it’s okay.

We will be back!

My wife, daughter and I had two rooms for a total of 7 nights. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with New Casablanca. I had stayed in the same hotel a few years ago under different management. That stay was also pleasant, but I can see the progress that is being made to improve all the rooms and common areas.

O cardápio fo café da manhã era muito bom. O quarto tinha vista lareral mar. Funcionário atencioso. Fizeram até um bolo para mim pela passagem do meu aniversário. Infelizmente não tem restaurante e servido de bar. O que deixa muito a desejar por ser um hotel na beira mar. Esse ponto não achei legal. O quanto estava limpo e tinha kit de higiene. A piscina e a hidromassagem estavam limpas. A piscina não é aquecida. E a não há o que se fazer no hotel a noite.

O café da manhã é a única parte que valeu a pena na hospedagem.Muita variedade e delicioso. Hotel precisa de reforma, pintura descascando em diversos lugares, vários pontos feios, portão principal enferrujado, poderiam melhorar a aparência. As fotos que vi no site são reais, porém foram tiradas estrategicamente em ângulos, luz pra parecer melhor do que realmente é. Região ao redor é horrível, parece uma periferia perigosa, a praia é suja e fedida, a água do mar é escura não condiz com as fotos que mostravam a água azul e cristalina. Fui até outra praia na cidade e igualmente poluída e fedorenta. Os funcionários desse hotel tem comportamento passivo-agressivo, te dão fora, te olham torto e são grosseiros. Principalmente um senhor de óculos que está bem acima do peso que trabalha no restaurante. Essa pessoa foi grosseiro e arrogante sem motivo nenhum. Fiz o pedido 2 vezes e na terceira vez me atendeu e disse que esqueceu, com cara de desprezo. O hotel estava vazio, ele andava bem devagar e claramente estava enrolando. Fui super mal atendida então resolvi não consumir nada no hotel e fazia todas as refeições na rua. O porteiro me tratou mal assim que cheguei. Abriu a janela e gritou se eu tinha reserva de uma maneira muito rude. Somente 2 funcionário me atenderam bem: o rapaz de tatuagem no pescoço que fica na área da piscina, esse rapaz foi o único gentil, educado e me tratou bem. Uma moça loira e bem magra da recepção me atendeu bem e com educação. Não recomendo!
