"Atendimento mt bom de todos os funcionários, porém preciso fazer um alerta. Nosso quarto (03) estava impossível de dormir. O ar condicionado mt antigo faz barulho de forma absurda, não conseguimos dormir. A madeira das portas comidas de cupim, que quando íamos fechar a porta passava direto para o lado de fora. O quarto fedia a mofo e muitas vezes vinha cheiro de esgoto do banheiro… de madrugada o ar começou a pingar água na cabeça da gente. Não sou de fazer comentários negativos por pouca...

Tivemos muita dificuldade em relação ao canal de atendimento, ausência de resposta pelo whatsapp do hoteus.vom e tivemos que ligar por várias vezes para que alguém do Hotel nos atendesse. O proprietário maravilhoso, atencioso, porém funcionários mau treinados e despreparados para governança. Horário de servir o café da manhã, após as 9h ocasionou atraso...
