"Everything was fantastic!"

"This is a typical hotel for this brand. I had to await check in until 3 PM as advertised. Location was very good and parking more than adequate. Beds were well worn beyond needing replacement and the bathroom sink was almost clogged and needing service. Otherwise the room was serviceable and mostly clean. Linens were good quality and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were overcooked and dry, especially the sausage patties that were dry and tough to the point of inedible. However the selection of other items was copious and adequate for any appetite. Not impressed nor really disappointed. There are a multitude of other hotels in this area, many I have stayed at and although not terrible, this one would never make my list of the top 20."

"Didn’t have breakfast. It’s a trucker stop. Supposedly non smokers room. We couldn’t sleep from cigarette smell. Manager told us they are fully refunded charge back to Expedia."

"They denied me a room saying I was on a "Do not rent to this person" list, which they could not tell me the reason I was on any list to begin with. Very offended"

"We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. After a long day of wrestling the hot tub would have felt great on tired sore muscles and help keep them from cramping the following day during an another long day of wrestling. We also said that our room didn’t need to be turned down but could tell when we returned to the room that someone had been in there as they replaced the bar of soap and wash cloth with fresh ones, and went thru our medicine bag on the bathroom counter. We were grateful that they had breakfast prepared earlier so we could get something to eat on our way out the door for an early morning wrestling session."

"The second night of stay my room card did not work I had to go back to the desk to get re-programmed. After checking out I realized the next day I had left my phone charger. I stopped back by & they had to look in 3 different locations all to come up empty. They said call back maybe on housekeeping cart. I am questioning leaving my service tip in room. Trust worthiness is valued for repeat stays."
