"Rooms are very spacious and clean. However, the room had some disrepair going on with the floor, the heat was either freezing you out or suffocating. Could not find a middle. Lastly, our room had a bunch of huge flies in it and I did not appreciate it whatsoever."

"Property was good for the price and near to the conference area we were attending. Hotel staff was kind. Will stay again."

"Great stay overall. No complaints"

"Clean room"

"Good"

"Very clean, close to amenities"

"The staff are very nice and are making the best of what they have to work with at this property. Everyone we interacted with was truly kind and helpful. That being said, this place is a filthy dump. We had to move from the room we originally booked (to suit my disabilities) because it was filthy and poorly maintained. We were quickly moved to a "renovated " room, which was not handicapped accessible, but was cleaner and had more updated amenities. It was not, however, cleaned with...

"My room had a red spider on the ceiling and a black spider next to the table by the bed. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the shower wasn’t clean. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and couldn’t wait to leave. Won’t stay there again."

"We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise. The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!"

"They are doing updates, the pool was closed, redoing the lobby area. no evening meal service. The location is great, the property is clean, staff very friendly"

"Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"This gem of a location gives guests convenience and access to all the treasures and amenities of Rochester…an amazing riverfront park and walking/running trails along with a rowing club, memorials, restaurants and museum exhibiting art, a rare Fry Glass collection and train village showcasing the living typography of this quaint borough. A rare find indeed."
