Excellently located, small walking distance to all amenities and bars. Staff are friendly,pools good size and clean. Definitely recommend to stay here

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. There were a few minor issues like the toilet was leaking a bit as well as the AC. Some of the room amenities are outdated but overall a nice place to stay. I really enjoyed the pool on the property as well!!

Hard beds, pool unusable, not recommended
Rock hard uncomfortable mattress. No A/C remote, no safety box in room, no sitting chairs as pictured in photo nor on balcony. Pool was unusable as they were chiseling up all the concrete (????). The friendly helpful staff were the only highlight here.

Next to Beach Road good food room services laundry etc. Just call you need towels toilet paper whatever they brought it right up. Good location by everything. Quit and good TV good bed just great

There's nothing special or uniqueabout the property. The receptionist at the check-in counter can get grumpy if you ask a few too many questions and night the shifts even worse, your best is to stay away from them

Huge hotel but looking dated
It's Pattaya. The hotel is not too far from the beach. It is a very big hotel but could do with modernisation of the rooms. The little security guard was always friendly and saluting us whenever he saw us. The reception staff need to smile, as they always looked angry and not approachable.

I booked for 2, my email confirmed it's for 2. Hotel said they confirmed for 1. Gave my partner a hard time. Staff was cold, just business as usual attitude. Footprints in my room, towel had stains, and cabinet had sticky goo when opening drawer.

Newly Renovated
It's $200 USD more just across the street for luxury accommodations. There's no swim-up bar or kleenex tissues in the room, but all the basics are there. The guest rooms have been freshly refurbished and very comfortable.

Exceeded Expectations
Pleasantly surprised to be in a newly renovated room. Big, new surfaces, new king bed, fresh pillows, and linens as crisp and white as new-fallen snow. Exceptionally clean, housekeeping exceptionally prompt. Large pool was nice. Two computer stations in lobby.

Brilliant Hotel
Great large hotel. Amazing foyer.Wonderful staff.Brakfast was enough food to last all day.So much choice.Free internet.Staff very helpful always there to help. Hotel about 150 meters from beach.I spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every min.Famtastic large pool.This hotel has everything you need ..

Dirty hotel with unfriendly front desk
I arrived at 24 of December 2017 and booked the hotel till 22 of February 2018. They gave me a room at the 6th floor, nobody told me that the 7th and 8th floor is under construction. I waked up at 8 am next morning by the noise of jackhammers, drilling, hammering... When I asked the frontdesk why they rent rooms if the hotel is under construction. My Christmas present was a dirty smile. After a long fight they sent me to there neighbor hotel Twin Palace. A bit better, but in both hotels the Rezeption is the most unfriendly service I ever had in my life. The staff don’t know the words; please, Good morning..., just: wait here, sit there... Spare your this horrible experience!

When we checked in, nobody explained that the door was not meant to be locked from the inside when closing it which would make the door unopenable. 3 other rooms had the same issue and we phoned them from the floor phone and the receptionist refused to go up, which meant we ended up going down to the front desk. The receptionist was very rude to customers and refused to talk to us and other customers when we needed assistance, making other receptionists deal with us and the other customers instead. It was very unprofessional for a hotel receptionist. when we asked for assistance seemed reluctant to help. The toilets were poor and the faucets were very dirty. The toilet door was very creaky and everytime we wanted to open it would creak loudly, not to mention the toilet door being unclosable. The walls were thin and would hear phone calls at 3-4 am about them complaining to the staff. Other customers residing in the hotels would run around at 3-4 am shouting and screaming, playing knock on run on the entire floor. The wifi was so poor that we had to stand right in front of the door to get a single bar of reception. The beds were hard and were of a low quality. My son received food poisoning from the morning breakfast buffet from the 'hot' food which was very cold. The breakfast was basically the exact same every day and we got sick of it over the 3 days we stayed. On the other hand, the pool was good and the room was spacious. For the money paid, it was not worth it at all.

I would stay again.
The hotel is very clean but a little dated. Staff were 1st class nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was ok but same every day Fantastic sized swimming pool In fact the only fault I found was the wifi everytime you came back to the hotel you had to sign in getting a new password and the coverage was average.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Ich war wie immer sehr zufrieden im Hotel Royal Palace in Pattaya, die Lage und der Pool sind super und es gibt sogar Zimmer für Raucher, einzig beim Frühstück fehlt richtiges Brot.
