The hotel is tucked in behind The Avenue shopping-center, so it feels a bit out-of-the-way, but it's still convenient. My room (723) was nice and big, with a balcony and a view that included a glimpse of Bangkok Bay. It had ample storage for my luggage, clothes, and "stuff" (important because I'm a scuba-diver, and bring my own gear). I could have used some brighter lights, though, and a room on a lower floor might have had better water pressure for the shower.
It was interesting that the bathroom was on the outside wall, next to the balcony, but that was a great help when I had to rinse and dry my scuba-gear after my dives; I didn't have to carry dripping gear the length of the room.
The swimming pool is IMMENSE, and there's a play area for the kids by the shallow area (bottom right in their pool picture) that includes a big sandy-beach sandbox. Their dining room has a buffet breakfast, but I didn't find it all that great a value at 390 baht (I didn't get it included with my room).
It was a nice place to stay, comfortable and convenient, and I'll stay there the next time I'm in Pattaya.
