Customer service was top notch. We had a problem with the shower and two bulbs that needed to be replaced and it was done quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, busses etc Main floor laundry and convenience store. Nice balcony for evening to sit outide Air conditioning was adequate but a bit weak for the room size Overall a good value for the money

Great location
Great location, a short stroll to the beach and the giant Festival Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was spacious and included cooking facilities so we had breakfast in. The only real downside is that while the room was absolutely fine, the building is enormous, poorly designed and getting old. Expect long waits for a lift and many stops from a high floor, then four flights of stairs to exit the building! But location, friendly and efficient staff and size of the room made up for that. We would stay there again.

Staff was nice. Rooms are very nice. Only thing is that the barhroom was not cleaned. The bed was made but the shower room was not cleaned.

Luckily I met somebody that had just arrived and managed to find the office for Blur Ocean, otherwise I would have been a little lost. Instructions and possibly a photograph to show where the office is would be helpful

Great location. Near nightlife and big shopping mall. Had a suite on 24th floor, so great view. Nice and big suite with balcony. Of course some noise when sit on balcony because of location in the middle of Pattaya. Minimarkets and much more on third floor. Security by elevator was very polite, same with staff in reception. Would stay here again👍

Appartements différents, décorés souvent avec bon gout. Le balcon face à la mer, au soleil toute l’après midi est un vrai plus. La piscine grande mais classique. Une entrée par la plage est pratique. De plus l’immeuble est bien centré.

Ce condo a la particularité d’etre vraiment bien centré et en face de la mer avec la vue pour certains appartements à un tarif plutôt bas. Une cuisine à l’interieur avec tous les accessoires possibles est vraiment un plus pour les familles. La piscine est quelconque mais plutôt grande. Très conseillé.

初めてタイのホテルに宿泊したので比較ができませんが、とても清潔で清掃も毎日入り、タオルも交換してくれます。 シャンプーとボディソープありましたが歯ブラシはないので持参してください！ シャワーの水圧は日本より低いです。 フロントは英語通じます◎
