"Lovely and helpful staff - excellent hotel"

"The location was amazing, and the room was very spacious! However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of storage, especially for a longer stay. With only a few hangers, a tiny hanging rack, and two small shelves, we had nowhere to put our clothes, which was frustrating given the size of the room. The complimentary laundry was wonderful, the gym was great, and the front desk staff were consistently lovely, always greeting us with a smile. We also appreciated the discounted parking across...

"Hotel was well run and stylish, but the room was very small, without a closet or wardrobe - clothes could only be hung on the wall. Bedside table was a stool the size of a dinner plate with a telephone on it, so no space for anything else. Ask about room size (and if it has anywhere to hang clothes!) before booking."

"Unique spot with a courtyard with bar and restaurant. Easy walk to main areas of Cork. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Thoroughly enjoyed!"

"Hotel was stylish and clean. Dinner at Sophie's was phenomenal with unbeatable views. Gym was well equipped and easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Hotel is very conveniently located within the city of Cork. Clean, comfortable beds with great free parking and friendly staff. Hotel does not offer breakfast but I didn't want or need it. This is my favorite place to stay in Cork"

"Perfect location for a base to explore Cork. Great facilities and superb breakfast. The pool and gym are also great."

"It was good place to stay. Clean and very central for the city. Staff was nice enough but could have been more helpful."

"Great location and accessible to all our activities. Staff were extremely understanding, helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile"

"The parking is first come first serve there's not that many spots. Staff is very friendly, plumbing is old so the toilets don't always flush the first time. We were given the wrong room but the manager vivian was very apologetic an helpful. The rooms are nice an up to date great views of the city. I would stay here again forsure"

"Full disclosure- we booked this hotel specifically because a gym was listed as an amenity, and was in the photos of the property. We inquired upon checkin where the gym was, only to learn that there is no gym onsite- it’s actually a 15 minute walk away in a separate building and an additional daily charge to use it. Had we known this, especially given the price we paid, we would have booked somewhere else. Extremely disappointed and misled by the posting on Expedia. Gym aside, the hotel was well...
