"Very cozy ,homey place. A little outdated on decoration is the only downfall. Beds are comfy and the air conditioning works great. But as soon you get to beach none of that matters. Watch the sunrise from the patio. Definitely will be returning. A little peace of heaven on earth "

"Didn’t expect to get the room right behind the office, but it was great. Never an issue, plus our window faced the ocean so we had amazing views of afternoon thunderstorms while we played perquacky. Fantastic instate weekend getaway. "
"The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The sleeper sofa was a little hard to sit on. I did like the drape partition between sitting area and bed. The A/C worked well and wasn't noisy.

"What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!"
