Was pleased with the hotel and the accommodations…the coffee in the room was extremely light as in slight color in water, but the coffee in lobby was delish. Very slow elevator so don’t be in a hurry. But I would stay here again

The hotel is newly renovated. The coffee in the lobby was excellent! The room was clean. Chantel, the receptionist, was friendly and helpful, as was all the staff. We had an excellent stay.

I liked how convenient it was to all main roads, i didnt like that they dont have daily cleaning service, there was some strange noises being made from the kitchenette area, phone was not working everytime we needed anything we had to go down to the feont desk instead of calling down.

The staff was amazing, Ana at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Great persona. Camille in housekeeping. Wonderful, pleasant, helpful and always smiling. Not fake smile, genuine. These two made it so we will be back for our 3rd stay there. Its our go to place. Could use even a small breakfast, maybe a pool, pool not essential since short pop to the beach but would be convenient. Everyone was so nice. Loved our stay.

Checked in and got to my room and I was given a room with a door that does not close completely, and the stench of urine was potent. I went back at the front desk and she said, “Oh! I don’t know why that room door does not close, but it is locked!” Which implies they are aware of this issue and still rents the room to guest. Unsafe. Next there is one elevator for four floors the one door needs to be service because your waiting their 5 mins before the door actually closes unless you press close door. The entire property smells like sewer water. No housekeeping!!!!!! Dirty, needs repairs, smells, unsafe.

Hotel is used for the military. There are 4 washers and driers for free. Soap is sold. Small store with drinks/snacks. Customer service is great. Our room smells funky. Not sure if it's just from all the humidity here. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Close to the Post Office.

The refrigerator had an icemaker that did not have the water line connected, so it made loud noises every hour on the hour. Kind of our own big ben. Other than that , it was a great room and staff.
