Have been 3 times in the last 6 months which says a lot, and will definitely be returning. So many nice bars and restaurants, and if you’re lucky enough to get a room at the front of the hotel, the views are amazing! 10/10"

"Ideal location, staff are very helpful and friendly. I was on a business trip so the proximity to London Kings Cross/St Pancras was a priority for me. The room was compact but it served its purpose, the only slight disadvantage was being on 2nd floor with no lift. Fine if you are not carrying much luggage but carrying my case up 2 flights of very narrow, quite steep stairs was my only negative"

"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."
