Na reserva não especifica que o quarto não tem ar condicionado. Ventilador super barulhento, pedi para trocar de quarto e me atenderam super mal, quarto com cheiro de mofo. E o melhor vem agora, utilizaram o número do meu cartão que foi feito a reserva para fazerem compras no Facebook. Extremamente arrependido de ter ficado nesse hotel.
