Every thing regarding the hotel was excellent. Rooms, bar, pool. The food could have been better noting the price point offering more veriaty and range as other hotels in their class had more spread when it came to the food.

Loved the stay! They have upgraded us without an additional fee. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They clean the room twice a day (replenish and tidying). Very helpful when I lost my phone. Highly recommended

C'est vraiment un super hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et très spacieuses la literie est très bonne. Le personnel est adorable, le buffet est excellent. L'emplacement est paradisiaque, superbe plage de sable fin avec transats toujours disponibles.

Really beautiful place, very clean. It is amazing to be able to walk just couple of steps from your room that has private entrance right to the beach. Unfortunately there are no options of eating outside the hotel and the food is not very good with limited options inside the hotel. That would be great if hotel offered more activities like yoga.

One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka (I live 200+ nights per year in different hotels, so, I know what is good hotel, this is one of the best). The quality of the food is very good and reasonable for the money. The service really likes 5 stars hotels or even better, even in French Polynesia, I don't remember services like that in the best hotels there. They cleaned the room twice per day and did it when we left the room, so, service not disturbing at all and we were just pleasantly surprised. From the hotel you have access to the ocean, the beach is clean and the water not shallow like in other hotels and you can swim without problems. The public pool is not crowded and good, you feel like on some private villa most time of the day. Internet connection is fine and not so limited like in other hotels. Good job, thank you.

Superb in every aspect.

What can I say ..a superb stay in this amazing 5 star property . Staff are smiling ,helpful and professional. One of the most pristine beaches on the island and great cocktails at the beach bar . Innovative and forward thinking management ensure a hassle free holiday for family and friends . Love love love Uga Bay -will be back next year .

Nice beach stay to break up our tour around SL.

Wonderful three days with the family. Staff very kind. Usually don’t like buffet meals but they grew on us. Our sunrise snorkel trip arranged by the hotel was amazing.

To much/to often room service. You don´t feel comfortable if they come 3 or more times each day. You can´t put any glass/or a drink or even a towel because they will remove it/take it with them. I would prefer the possibility that you can put a sign: "please clean the room" if you want to have room service, but not room service if you don´t want to have it. This made us feel unwell. You want to have your privacy. In this hotel this is impossible.

Le personnels est très attentifs aux petits détails..La propreté de l’établissement et du studio excellent, passage le matin et également le soir pour changer le linge si besoin et préparer le lit! un très bel accueil..toujours souriant! L’em De l’hôtel au bord de l’eau est juste magnifique..activités à la demande mais plage hyper calme. Le restaurant, j’ai pris menu buffet 5 soirs de la semaine et à chaque fois une proposition diffèrente. La qualité de la nourriture proposée rien à redire! Le bar de la plage propose aussi des starters et divers boissons de 10h à 22h..C’est un endroit que je conseil pour jeune couple ou personnes désirant être au calme. Le point faible, c’est le manque d’activité extérieur proche de l'hôtel. Mais le côté est de l’ile est bien connu pour ça! Donc pas de surprise!
