I RAN AWAY

This hotel should not be allowed on hotels.com. It not only was filthy, dirty and gross, we had a hard time finding a door that worked. The gentleman who was working the reception was professional and efficient, but he didn't have much to work with in this accommodation. There were people hanging around the building that didn't appear to be staying there. It was way way way too sketchy to stay.

Les draps étaient déjà utilisés par le/les clients précédents et n'avaient pas été changés. Le monsieur à l'accueil pourtant sympathique, n'a pas pu nous aider. Pas de table de nuit, pas de lumière et mauvaise odeur. Le monsieur à la réception nous a changé de chambre, mais celle-ci était occupée lorsque nous sommes entrés. Résultat pour nous: nous avons changé d'hôtel sans demander un remboursement quelconque car la dame à la réception était très désagréable. Hôtel pas digne d'Expédia!

Overall it’s a comfortable hotel for that price . It’s an old hotel for that price definitely worth it about 55$ is a very good steak. Don’t expect 3* treatment

Okay location. Horridly rundown. The fact that the room had no clock might sum it up, and none available at front desk. No ice buckets, just used grocery bags. No Wifi. Old, badly worn furniture. Leaky toilet. No wake up calls. Oh, and the fire escape directions on the back of the door were for a room at the other end of the motel. Before we unpacked we knew we would never stay there again. For the low price it was a very poor value.

The first room I booked was not clean, bed wasn’t made towels and garbage everywhere.. second room still had cleaning supplies in it and smelled of cigarettes and the toilet had not been flushed... it was poorly maintained.

We stayed one night at the motel. After checking in, we found there were no towels in the room. We had asked for the towels twice and they were finally delivered after 5 hours. However, there were dark stains on the towels. There were some long hairs on the pillows as well. Although the room is spacious, I wish it could be cleaner.

Cheap hotel with cheap rates

Bathroom was dirty but they came right away to clean. Room next door was noisy all night. No sleep for us.I guess you get what you pay for.

Do not stay in room 267. Shower do not work. The basic necessity of a hotel room is a decent bed and working, functional shower facilities.

Bad Heater

Appearance is everything… no continental breakfast, although there was fresh coffee. The building looks as though it’s under construction and could use fresh paint in the room, although the room was clean and all the basics were there. The worst thing was it was cold and the heater stated that it was running at 86° But I never felt like it got above 64. I am cheap and this seemed to work but I don’t know if I will use this place again in my work travels.

Cold, so cold

The heater was broken, the shower never had any warm water, there were no fitted sheets so we ended up sleeping on the mattress directly, the blankets were full of static electricity to the point of near non-stop sparks and shocks to us while we lay, and the only reason we kept the blanket on was because without it we thought we'd freeze. hotel staff was unhelpful and disinterested in service. we're pretty sure we heard someone get shot in the neighborhood too. 1/10 would not recommend.

When I got to my room with my kids. The Room was hot and humid. When I went to the front desk to let the attendant know and if I could switch rooms to accommodate me and my children. The attendant told me to open my window instead of switching us rooms.

Disgusting

The first room we checked in to had blood stains trips in the bedding and smelled like cigarettes. People were yelling and screaming it was awful. When they moved us to a separate building the room was ok but the heater didn't work at all. We froze trying to get sleep and ended up having to leave at around 4 am. Worst experience ever

Do not stay worst hotel ever

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. There was a weird smell as soon as you wakk in the lobby,rooms were very very dirty, there was something on the wall that looked like blood,bugs crawling around, stains on the pillows snd much more We had to leave and book another hotel witch is nice

We got two full size instead of the queen as advertised. There was no refriderator, microwave, coffee pot in room. I would not stay here again.

I heard Pennsylvania just outlawed swimming in dumpsters. The same should apply here. Really hoping I don't end up with a cold sore.
