"The best hotel on the island. If you want views, no haunted mess, cleanliness and great atmosphere and coziness, choose this one. I booked the panoramic suite. Soooo worth it, the entire walls are windows. They have an open snack bar at all times. My only complaint was Ignacio, the front desk guy, he was a little condescending."

"Nice historical hotel with views up on the hill. Maybe one of the nicer Catalina options but the price is reflective of the island itself being very expensive and not a luxury experience you might expect with $500/night. Our room was spacious and well designed but like most of the property there was a lot of evidence of wear & tear. Maybe just a mix-up but even though we had prearranged ferry pickup, no one was there and we had to call & wait. No one at reception when we arrived. They do provide golf cart transportation to/from town which was convenient, otherwise a 15ish minute walk uphill."
