Room was clean. Pet friendly and people friendly. Easy wood floors. Very easy to walk pets. Dedicated area.....close to restaurants and shopping . Dogs were a little scared of the open stairs .... Request 1st floor with pets.

The toilet was disgusting so was the bathtub. I had to buy myself bleach and a sponge to clean it. Never saw housekeeping to request more towels. They didn’t even have an iron. The room smelled weird, and the blankets had cigarette burns on them. The toilet was not flushing, so I had to grab the trash bin and dump water in it in order to flush it. The staff was nice though.

After an 8 hour drive, and arriving at 2:30pm, had hoped for an early check in. Concierge said to come back in 20 minutes. Room- stains on the sheets. Regardless of being 2 star, not clean in this regard. Shower was good heat though and beds were comfortable.

Room could use a deep cleaning, lots of mildew buildup on things like facets and shower curtain. Comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows. Was able to check in early. Heater started making noise after first day so didn’t use it. Room is quiet, but with the wind make sure you dead bolt it so it doesn't blow open.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the person who spoke Turkish – their assistance was greatly appreciated. However, the room was not clean at all. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that did not go away even after using spray and incense. The bed sheets were stained with blood, and we even found bloody tissues under the bed and behind the nightstand. This made the stay very uncomfortable.

Comfortable but spartan

The room.was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. Bring your own face cloth for showeting. The room had 2 beds, but only one towel. I stayed 3 nights, but saw no evidence of housekeeping.

I am a repeat customer & I have noticed that this hotel has improved & I noticed that there wasn't as much smoking near the building & I & my daughter were very happy about that. The customer service has been excellent & the rooms have been very clean. It has a homey feel to it as well. If you want easy access to toiletries and housekeeping come here.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had mold near the ceiling as well as around the tub, and the floor had not been cleaned. The walls had stains as well. The bed and sheets were clean. There were ingredients to make coffee but no machine. The write up claimed coffee in the lobby, but there was none.

When I arrived to my room it had a very disturbing odor. As if the sheets weren't dryed properly, I had to spray it down. The sheets were dirty on the other bed, looked like either lip stick or blood. I let it go because I knew I wasn't sleeping on that bed. Other than that the price was convenient enough and I would stay there again. Very convenient location wise.

I didn't like how the smokers posts are situated it attracts smokers that smoke right by the non smoking rooms and near the entrance and exits by the non smokers. I also don't like how there is a locked lobby near the bullet proof window for staff. I found out that this particular hotel has been on the news for all of the wrong reasons multiple times and the bullet proof window and rowdy patrons give it away! I would love to say there are no bugs and the rooms are clean the check in is fast. I do not like how things were stained though, I wish it was even cheaper since it is very bare amenities and since a stairwell is broken yet they won't install a elevator. This hotel has no problem with giving out as many supplies as you need without pressuring you for room service when you can't do it, so you make of it what you will.

I booked this room for two weeks for a homeless client of mines just to give them some sense of normalcy and a place out of the cold. I wanted them to experience good clean living however red roof fell to deliver that experience. The room was not clean daily regardless how many times I requested for housekeeping to come the entire two weeks stay there was no phone at all and when I called the front desk they kept saying oh I’m gonna transfer you to the room only for the phone inside the room to not ring not make a sound and when I ask them to switch the phone, let’s just say my entire two week day. My client did not have a phone. The bathtub did not drain. The water stayed in the entire time. I understand that this is supposed to be a motto and not a hotel, but I did not pay for inhumane living conditions.
