There were several stains on sheets, hot water did not turn on at all in bathroom sink, sink was clogged, bathroom door was in poor shape, and tv channels were unavailable. We tried calling the front desk and and did not get a response. We appreciated the property was quiet and it was an affordable stay, but we would not book again here.

Old, but Price was right & pool well maintained

No breakfast included, more like a motel with rooms facing courtyard pool. I like my room being closest to the parking lot for easy in and out. Gym is an old room with a couple machines in it. Pool was very pretty and well maintained with a patio reserved for smokers. I enjoyed dinner on the patio until someone came over to smoke. Wendy's is right down the street. The rooms need some updating. Curtains are old and falling off, furniture out dated and office chair was peeling apart. Lamp lightbulb was out, was told someone would come to change it, but no one ever came Bathroom basic, but functional with shampoos, soaps and lotions on the wall. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Would have been better if they had a continental breakfast as the lobby is set up for it, but the price was right

Planned a last minute trip. The hotel is in a good area. You have multiple options for food and entertainment. Overall my stay was good. The only two complaints I have are as followed: - we literally did not bother the front desk, but once and it was because the door to our room would not open. We struggled and I decided to head to the front desk and ask for a new key thinking that was the issue. Anyways came back and the door would still not open. I sent my son back to the front desk. A few minutes later the young lady comes towards my room with a nasty attitude. She doesn’t say anything to me and proceeds to open the door and then walks away. The rest of the staff made up for her nasty attitude. -my other issue was that we developed a rash. I’m not sure if it’s the detergent they use in or if it was something else. But we developed this rash all over our bodies. Super itchy. We had to buy anti itch cream to help. Otherwise our stay was good. Thank you to the cleaning ladies who were amazing and polite!

The staff was very courteous during check in. When we got to the room there was only one working light. The two lamps did not work. One lamps wire was cut and the other we tried turning on and the buttton fell inside it. The tv turned on but had no signal. When we tried calling the front desk, we found out the phone in the room didn’t work. Not that we were going to use it but the drawers in the dresser were broken. My husband went to the front desk, shared our concerns and they immediately gave us another room. I couldn’t believe the new room they gave us. It smelled fresh and it was very clean. Lamps, lights and tv worked perfectly. The flooring was pretty new. It was like night and day between the two rooms. The only other issue was the ice and snow in the parking lot. I would expect snow to be around since we had a big storm a few weeks back but ice could be treated.
