Expected more from a HILTON. Got some bug bites overnight and there was an ant infestation. We had a sweet snack and it was covered in ants on the counter top in the room. Ants also present in the lobby area on the couch.

we arrived at our hotel very late at night after a long drive, and our AC and Fridge weren’t functioning. it was already too late and we were too exhausted to get back downstairs to change our room so we slept in the room. it was not very pleasant but the room and hotel was very beautiful and clean.

AC didn’t work in the room. No hot water all day Friday, trying to get ready at the hotel before a friends wedding. Asked a staff member where an elevator was, she looked around and shrugged her shoulders. Stay somewhere else.
