Nice and beautiful hotel. Very quiet, excelent service from all staff (helped us last minute to get Bubble wine, chocolate strawberries and cheese by our wedding aniversary) . confortable bedroom (soft bed). Downtown nearly. We enjoyes Star, thank you!

Having no idea on where to stay in Parras, Patio de Aquende showed up as recommendation. I may say I have never felt so comfortable and the service from staff was incredible. Hotel rooms nice, modern, clean and smell sooo good. Reservation did not mention it included food but hotel staff made sure we got coffee, juice, and a small warmth breakfast. Highly recommended. This hotel is close to many important sightseeings. So give it a try!

Mi estancia en Parque de Aqueque fue increíble. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el personal de recepción. Desde el primer momento fueron amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Respondieron todas nuestras dudas, nos orientaron sobre las actividades y lograron que todo el proceso de check-in y check-out fuera rápido y cómodo. Sin duda, el servicio humano es uno de los puntos más fuertes del lugar. ¡Muy recomendable!

El personal del hotel tiene la mejor atención que me ha tocado fuera de casa. Tuve la mala fortuna de sufrir un accidente fuera del hotel y todos fueron sumamente amables para que el resto de mi estancia fuera de la misma calidad que cuando recién llegué. Definitivamente me volveré a quedar aquí.
