"Problem med bokning, dom sa att hade slutat samarbete med Hotels.com för länge sedan.Förstod inte varför vi hade kunnat bokat via er. Smutsig bassäng, katterna och hundarna som går omkring i frukostsalen."

"Very dissatisfied. Room smell like sewage. There were no bug screen on windows for us to allow windows to remain open to ventilate space. Electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom, kitchen fan was not working. And at checkout the lady accused us of tearing the fabric window curtains. We tried ..."
