"A hospedagem em Madrid está caríssima. Esse espaço é uma boa opção, mais distante das principais atrações turísticas, mas ainda bastante caro para o que oferece. Porém, perto de uma estação de metrô. Cheguei tarde e saí cedo, mas achei a estrutura bastante organizada e a equipe que faz a pré hospedagem bastante gentil. O controle remoto da TV estava sem as pilhas, logo não pude assistir. Mas é uma boa opção. "

"Was very to/from the airport via the metro. There was good access to the tourist areas via the metro. Clean Hotel with good amenities. Buffet breakfast was good. Reception staff were polite, helpful, spoke English."

"Communication from hotel terrible. Don’t expect to get your email with check in on time. You have to remind them to send information several times. They claim email went to spam but I received 40 minutes later into my regular email. Remember there is no one at front door to check you in. I have tried this place 2 times and will never stay there again."

I like the hotel's small room with a window that provided me with a very quiet place to stay in a big city. Metro stations are not very far, however, one has to be aware that travelling from/to the airport using Metro may involve a hundred meters of pulling and pushing your luggage between the station and the hotel.
