This is not a standard property and if we could have given it a 10 star we would have. Location was perfect for proximity to everything including the gorgeous beach, marina and the town. "We were staying there after traveling for hours just to have a place to sleep. We arrived at 4:30am and when we got to the door we typed in our code which didn’t let us in. I contacted the owner who got back in a bit of time and figured it out after but when you’ve been traveling for hours and running on about 2 hours of sleep, standing on the sidewalk for 10 minutes feels like a long time!! It is great though how were were able to check in at any time!"

We needed to move to another hotel next day.. The agent was apologetic and responsive, and we got the full refund. Still, our experience was not great and wasted quite a bit of our time."
