From the moment we stepped on the property, it was nothing short of amazing! The room was very spacious for the two of us and the views were gorgeous. The staff was very helpful with any and all questions or accommodations we needed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I wish we were staying longer and will be booking again when we visit in the future.

Omilos didn’t disappoint! The view from our room was breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, and in very close proximity to the beach. A short walk to Agnanti offered us other amenities. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant on the Agnanti property. I would definitely stay here again and for longer next time!

No reception and no Email advising there was no reception. Very hard to find. We ended up calling and someone showed up. The pictures are fairly accurate of the room. LOVED the balcony, it needed beach chairs on the balcony but that would be about my only criticism. The beach is about 200’ down the hill. You have to pay to use lounge chairs €30 and then they want you to buy food and drinks. We snuck beer and a few snacks down and enjoyed the beach. The room was great, balcony even better. Confusing for reception but worth it.

Stay away from this " hotel" advertising beach front their pictures show you angle of the sea but your room will get you a building in front of the porch plus You will need to drive 3 minutes or walk 15-20 depending if you are w kids or not this hotel makes u check in and use all amenities at another hotel yes you ll need to get to another building thrugh the cliff walks drives to another hotel to get breakfast use pool and check in check out. Nothing is connected! - misleading information !!! Stay away

Beautiful view and nice room! Felt a bit less of a "wow" factor than the photos (I think even just having white linens would have made a big difference) but overall a great place! The biggest thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is far from the main town and there's only one shuttle at 10am to the town then another at 10pm to return; if you want to go into town any other time, it's a quite expensive cab ride (even though it's a 10-15 minute drive, cabs are a flat-rate no matter the distance.) The hotel also doesn't have any "convenience" area with drinks or snacks to bring to the room, so the only food option is the hotel restaurant, and while the restaurant is INCREDIBLE, it is pricy. We ended up deciding to rent a car on our 3rd day because it was the only thing that made sense to be able to do pretty much anything (even just to buy a bottle of water!)

Very nice clean property and close to the beach. If you’re looking for evening activities it is a bit of a distance at night to walk. But I can see in about 5 years this area will have all that as well.

Great price for being steps away from the beach. Good amenties at the main hotel which is a short walk. The customer service was great. The room was clean & very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonswrdul dinner & brunch at the main hotel. All around great experience. It was quiet & away from the busy port area. I'd stay here again in the future!

Das Hotel liegt Nahe an einem schönen Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, tolle grosse Terrasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. 3 x am Tag gibt es einen Shuttle vom dazugehörigen Hotel in die Stadt Parikia. Entweder haben wir diesen genutzt oder aber das Wassertaxi, das von Parikia an den Krios Beach bzw. an den Marciello Beach fährt.

Firstly, the staff here really stand out. They were so kind and it really feels like they care. The facilities at the main property are amazing and it’s great that we’re able to use the amenities there. The villa itself was also amazing for the price. The shuttle to Parikia is also very convenient!

Magnifique.

Incroyable! Une vue magnifique, une chambre confortable et bien décoré. Une terrasse des plus agréable. Nos hôtes étaient tellement gentil et discret. Nous sommes à quelques minutes en voiture du port, la plage est réellement à quelques secondes à pied. Nous avons adoré… Nous connaissons deja notre hôtel pour notre prochain séjour à Paros. Nous recommandons fortement ce lieux ou nous retournerons les yeux fermés.

Amazing stay that is part of a 5 star hotel Park Agnasti right next to it. This means you get to enjoy the 5 star amenities and transport with privacy of a private beachhouse at an affordable price. They offer shuttle bus from the port for a fee and free shuttle to the city at 1000-1700-2200 and back at 1015-1715-2215. The beachhouse room is spacious, modern and clean. Lots of stray but docile cats around tbe beach house. Beach is 45 seconds awah from you. You get a discounted breakfast at 16.2 euros a day at the hotel which is fantastic. Highly recommended to anyone staying at paros. We didnt need a car or evem ATV, just a pair of legs and hotel transport +/- public bus

Peaceful Escape with a Few Trade-Offs

A peaceful and charming spot across the bay from Paros town—perfect if you're looking for quiet and relaxation. A big bonus is access to a nearby 5-star resort's pool and services, just a short walk away. While the photos are a bit misleading (no daybeds on site), the water here is clearer and less crowded than the beaches in town. The area is more remote than we expected, with only a couple of walkable restaurants and no shops or grocery stores nearby. Getting to town requires a hotel shuttle (free), taxi (€15), a 40-minute walk along the coast, or a water taxi. We missed a few basic amenities like dishes or cutlery to make simple meals, which would’ve helped given the location. That said, the peaceful setting really encouraged us to slow down and unwind—exactly what we needed. The hotel restaurant wasn’t our favorite (a bit pricey and heavy), but nearby dining options were solid. The standout was the staff—warm, helpful, and truly wonderful throughout our stay.

Paid transfer from port to property was 20€ per room. Taxi to property was 15€ per fare. Decide accordingly. Beach houses are not located on the property, per se. The staff will buzz you and luggage down to beach houses with golf cart when room is ready. Once there, you can walk to the beach. Private sunbeds and umbrellas must be reserved in advance, which we did and had for the day. Added that charge to our meal and drink charge at beach restaurant. Spent all day on the beach while our room was prepared. Walked back up to check in and returned to the beach. It is a hilly walk from the beach to the beach house to the resort property. Take into account when booking. Mobility issues will have challenges between beach and resort. Nice buffet breakfast and real espresso coffee machine. These are not included when staying at the Beach Houses. Use of resort facilities is included. Take advantage of the pool! Staff is excellent and made great recommendations for touring the island’s “hidden gems” and restaurants. Take the time to walk around the resort, down to the beach house and of course, the beach, to set your expectations. Signage to and from key areas could be better. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Omilos Beach Houses! The room was clean and air conditioned. The patio door slides open vs pulls / pushes open. Lol. Patio faces west for beautiful sunsets. Taxis know exactly where beach houses are and were 15€ from there to the port for restaurants.

On the pictures of the view of the room on Expedia, we were suppose to have sea view, but there were an other hotel in front of us, so it’s not a complete sea view. Also, pictures of the hotel, show the chairs on the beach and says beach front, but we were 150m of the beach and the chairs we see on the photos is not even chairs of the hotel.

Omilos House was so beautifully decorated & a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! You check in at the lovely sister property, Paros Agnanti right up the road. There are several amenities you are allowed access to- pool, fun gym, tennis court, meals for purchase (16€ per person for breakfast). Paros Agnanti is a great upscale hotel, whereas Omilos is upscale but more intimate and private. The staff was SO incredibly helpful and patient with my million questions ;-). Katarina and Spiros were super amenable, arranging port pick up and airport drop off for very affordable prices, and very detailed information. The room at Omilos was exquisite and the balcony had the most breathtaking view of the beach at sunset. Definitely recommend renting a car if you'll visit more than a couple days, though P.A. does have a free shuttle to the nearest town. Also recommend Pedro's Beach Bar for affordable loungers and snacks right down from Omilos. Those guys are super sweet also! Absolutely stunning!

This is a great house, with a lot to like. It is very well appointed, has a nice pool and a great view. But it is not beachfront whatsoever. It is 15m walk to the beach on busy roads and through a steep hill. We had to rent a car. In that sense, it is highly misleading! Welcoming staff when arriving but no service to the property during the stay!

Perfect base to explore Paros!

Our stay at Omilos was perfect for our needs - we hired a car for 3 days, which I would recommend if you’re staying here as it’s an up hill walk from the main town Parikia. Room was super clean, larger than expected, and well serviced. Very large terrace, parking at your door, access to Paros Agnati Hotel amenities (pool, gym, showers after checkout) Only improvements I could suggest would be sunloungers for the huge terrace, and some dinnerware/cutlery as we wanted to eat breakfast and had to use the glasses for granola & yoghurt in the mornings with teaspoons (really not a big deal).

Υπέροχο

Πολύ όμορφο και ακριβώς πάνω απ την παραλία. Εξαιρετικός χώρος και πραγματικά καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Το προσωπικό διαθέσιμο 24 ώρες να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Και τοποθεσια στην καλύτερη παραλία της Πάρου. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
