"Pros - The rooms were extremely spacious and large. The view around the hotel was amazing with the river just along the property. The bathrooms were extraordinarily huge. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. "

The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. "In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect.
