Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!"
"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "
"This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here."

Hotel itself, if very clean, rooms are spacious and have all required things. Beds are great, washrooms and bedrooms are super clean and have great attention to detail.

"Very slow Wi-Fi system. During evening, I was about to sleep, but some lady from the restaurant knocked the door and forced me order dinner. This manner was very rude. I told her I did not order anything, but she still kept knocking the door. By the way, people in this hotel was very friendly and helpful."
