"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "It's a beautiful old house and nicely located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking in the back. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. My only complaint was with the shower controls! After fiddling with them for quite some time, I finally managed to get water at a reasonable temperature to flow from the shower head rather than in the tub, but even now I don't think I could repeat the process."

"We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn."

"Stayed a couple.of nights in a family room - this had two separate spacious bedrooms, each with their own tea/coffee and TV facilities which was well stocked. Although there wasn't a sea view from our room, the view over swanage and surrounding hills was still lovely and provided some stunning sunsets. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also well catered, and the beach was a short walk away albeit via a couple of steep routes down the cliff....
