Lovely condo on a nice property. Well appointed. Thoughtfully set up. High penthouse ceilings made it special. Two things were less than ideal. Guest room blind required a call to learn how to operate it. The other was nearby parking garage construction had a layer of dust on windows, patios and cars. Other than those two minor things, the condo was outstanding.

Nice 2 bed/bath condo, walking distance to Cabriolet Ski lift. Few minute ride to downtown Park City. Property was well maintained. Only issue was with the keypad on the door, didn't work on the last night of our stay, would recommend a shorter code to the door to make it easier for your future guests.

Get ready for serious aggravation to rent here

Let me start by saying that if you book this condo via Hotels.com be prepared for aggravation and to be on your phone for hours attempting to get the unit number and code to access the unit. Hotels.com has no information other than a phone number for another management agency, Vacasa.com. It was a nightmare getting to finally talk to anyone who knew what was going on (at Vacasa). Personally, I would NOT book this unit via Hotels.com. All of that said, the condo is very nice and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. The water pressure was terrible in both showers and kitchen. It could use some new carpets, pillows and bedding but I understand its a rental. You even have access to a garage space so if your renting during the winter that would come in handy. The pool is small and hardly any chairs around it for people to sit comfortably. There is a hot tub next to the pool. Note that unit #2A does NOT have a private hot tub as stated in the Hotels.com listing. Shampoo, conditioners and soap are all provided for you.

This property was perfect for our girls trip! Everything was clean and comfortable! The space was sufficient for 4 of us and the kitchen was well stocked. The area is very convenient for access to Salt Lake City, Park City and the surrounding areas.

Do not book anything managed by Vacasa

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a vacation rental. Communication was terrible from the start. It took multiple calls and over three hours just to access the unit because the code they provided didn’t work. Thankfully the owner had a separate lockbox with a key or we’d still be outside. When we finally got inside, we found a notice on the door saying the gas had been shut off due to lack of payment. Which I doubt the owner even was aware. Total ball drop by the property manager. That meant no hot water and no way to cook, turning what was supposed to be a fun anniversary trip into a total mess. We couldn’t shower, get ready, or make meals, which meant unexpected costs and a major disruption to our plans. It took over 24 hours for Vacasa to even respond, and their solution was to pack up all our stuff and move to a worse unit just for the last night. At that point, we were just sleeping and checking out. Absolute nightmare. Never use Vacasa to manage or book a property.
