Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome

Room was great. Access to all lodge amenities. Great location. The gondola, restaurants and shops all outside the lodge. Complimentary ski storage was great. Check in was a little confusing but worked out ok. Condo manager was very attentive. Parking per day required, garage access is tight for larger vehicles.

Had a great experience at Sundial Resort. While it was off season (I liked that), there was plenty to do and numerous restaurants to enjoy. Staff was great, very accommodating, polite and enjoyable to converse with.

The Sun Dial Lodge offers a great location right in the heart of Canyons Village. We loved overlooking the village courtyard from the balcony.

Nice area. Love the canyons. Cute fire pits to warm up by. Great area/location. The bed was amazing. Strongly disliked the sliding mini bar door window into the bathroom and the transom window in the bathroom that wakes up the person sleeping. Also moldy substance in shower door that needs to be cleaned.

The property was nice but in the garage area, they were cleaning for 3 days and it was hard to get in and out. There was no warning when they would be cleaning and I almost was stuck and not able to get out.

4 out 5 days we stayed the pool was closed without prior notice, even though I called few weeks before to check if all amenities would be open. Also, cleaning services were not included into the price and when I asked for cleaning it was half of my daily rate - I think it’s too much.

It’s a nice property but a little dated compared to others out there. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom. No closet space at all. Nice kitchen with gadgets but nowhere to put food if you bring food or want to cook. When we first arrived someone was in our room. The front desk was rude and not very helpful at getting us a different room It’s clean and nice but I’d probably stay somewhere else next time

Terrible!

I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. Tried to get help and a different room, with NO luck. Car didn’t fit in the parking! Terrible experience. There were almost no guests and they wouldn’t help us at all!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. WOW. This was not the same place I booked from the pictures. Dark, dingy, overlooked concrete roof, NOT CLEAN. They did not vacuum, found someone else's hair tie on the kitchen floor, hair in shower, chapstick on the couch. GROSS. Received a text asking how my stay was, sent issues and sent pics, no response the entire time I was there. A/C did NOT work, super hot at night, no paper towels, coffee maker did not work, no towel holder by bathroom sink, only one plug per outlet worked so you could either charge your phone or have a lamp by your bed. OH! And the bathroom door in the master doesn't have a door handle which you don't realize until you close yourself in and can't get out!!
