Cabin was clean, warm, fireplace was on when we arrived. Went to call the front desk to ask some questions and the telephone was not working. The bed was very worn out if i moved my wife was moving too. The TV remote was not working and no guide for direct tv was available. The most disappointing thing was we went to get breakfast at the restaurant grill next to the lodge it was closed. We checked the hours and we were there when it was supposed to be open We love eating at the restaurant great food! Overall an ok experience. The cabin was pet friendly that was a plus she really loved playing in the snow. For the money it was a little disappointing.

A beautiful lodge, unique in it's detailed, high quality rustic western decor throughout, right down to the toilet paper holder. Lovely and very comfortable beds. Gorgeous and quiet setting.

We would stay here over and over again. The place is super cute, cozy, clean, western. Every room has a balcony and fireplace. Great for a quick getaway. The restaurant is pretty good, a little overpriced but good.

The staff were very friendly. I think Summer time is the off season at the lodge. The place was fairly quiet and we were able to sit out in the common area and play board games and chat without the crowds. Gorgeous decorations and artwork in the lobby and common sitting areas. Would love to stay there in the winter and rent snow machines and explore the area.

Great place with history and charm

What a great place. We went off season and all the staff treated us amazing. Lots of character and charm. Highly recommended. Small town close by for a your needs, and the scenery was spectacular.

Very beautiful scenery out our windows with a clean comfy room. Only dowside is the resturant not ser ing breakfast cause now its off season, yet they are the only resturant for 15 to 20 miles around.

The summer is off season. We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. It was completely dead, hardly any living guests there. We didn’t realize the toilet was plugged & it overflowed late at night when no cleaning staff was there. We had to clean it up ourselves with towels & cleaner that the front desk gave us. It was quiet & the restaurant was good but expensive.

Fun times at Daniel’s ‘s Summit Lodge

We had a blast at Daniel’s Summit Lodge! We went snowmobiling for half a day and enjoyed the scenery and the restaurant and the gift shop immensely. I would highly recommend Daniel’s Summit Lodge as it has that good old log cabin vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of our time there and went to Park city for the day. We also went on the train ride in Heber city. Fun times!
