It's a nice boutique hotel. Things to know, the rooms are compact, there's no room service and I would skip the breakfast option and go across the road to the boulangerie

A great base for a weekend in Paris
I had a very nice stay ; the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. I loved the area around the hotel too. I will definitely be going back

Friendly and welcoming staff!!
Staff are amazingly helpful this! Is my second stay at this hotel ans I’m sure I will be back, rooms are clean and tidy and A little more choice at breakfast would just make it even more amazing

The entire staff was amazing, very accommodating and so nice. The metro was close but if you dont mind walking you can walk everywhere. The Louve was about a 30 minute walk alot to see on the way. We would definitely stay again

The property was located in a nice area with restaurants and shops in walkable distances. Only thing I didnt like was the shower it had gaps at the bottom that water went through and what looked like mildew in the grout.

Lacked some attention to detail: the duvet was not changed but flipped the side, the room needs more plugs, lamps on the mirror not positioned in a way that makes the mirror behind them able to use when sitting down at the desk. Overall enjoyed my stay, the staff were great, very comfortable sleep and the spa facilities is a nice touch.

Positives Clean, stylish, comfortable bed, quiet at night, powerful double shower, friendly staff, welcome treat of macaroons in room, location close to a huge choice of brunch places and restaurants, short walk to metro stations that will take you all over paris, short walk to sacre cour Negatives The room is tiny, which is to be expected in paris but there was very little room to move and thing larger people might struggle. The only storage is a slim wardrobe with 6 hangers there are no drawers. This might be ok if you are staying for a night or 2 but we were there for 6 nights and we got quite frustrated with having to live out of our suitcases and living in a bit of a mess. We asked of we could change rooms but they said all rooms are the same. They told us there is an honesty bar but when we tried to use it there were no glasses, mixers or ice to make a drink. We never saw anyone use this bar so that was quite disappointing especially as we arrived quite late and bars were closed and we fancied a drink to celebrate arriving. The phone didnt work in our room on the first night when we tried to order room service which was annoying but to be honest they were very friendly and helpful at replacing the phone the following day. Overall it was a nice experience but would have to mark it as average due to the lack of storage space which became incredibly frustrating. I would suggest this hotel would suit a couple or single person for a short stay.

Staff was excellent and bared with my limited French skills. They were very accommodating and helpful, and I enjoyed having a terrace. There was minor preexisting damage in the room, on corners mostly, but didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Would definitely return!

Spoilt for 2 days
I love this hotel it had just what i wanted comfy bed, nice rooms, greet pool and sauna to relax. The rooms have everything you need. The service was good my only suggestion would be if they dont understand my english or my bad french to make sure they understand my request after thinking i had booked a 2nd night but discovered later it hadn't been but after the mistake they did correct it and found me a very nice room. Will be sure to remember this hotel as in a great part of Paris. 9th arrondissement

Lovely friendly greeting from reception and the added perk of a private spa session for me and my partner during our stay. Lovely room with modern features. Use of filtered water and coffee machine in the breakfast area was ideal to hydrate on the go as we explored Paris, lots of fab bakeries, cafes and shops in the area and good links to metro for the tourist spots. Perk of macarons & wine as a free gesture for our stay was super thoughtful and cute as was a special occasion. We will return for sure!!

The hotel is well located for restaurants and getting around Paris. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast included was amazing quality and selection. The coffee machine was available 24 hours which was nice. Unfortunately the spa was closed for renovations which was one of the reasons for selecting this hotel. An email was sent a week prior to our departure to notify which wasn’t enough time to book another hotel of same standard if we had wanted to cancel our reservation. We had to ask for our bottle of wine on the second day as was not in our room. The first night was fine however for the rest of our stay it was very noisy from other guests. Room is small but high quality.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable although small but that is the standard in France/Europe. As a gold member we didn’t receive any upgrade although looking at availability there was a room available during our stay for an upgrade. We never received our bottle of wine, and while I understand early check ins a not always possible, after trying to contact the hotel I never received a reply to my message. As there was an upgraded room available to book I would have thought they could have given us that room with an early check in to make our stay amazing. Overall it was comfortable and as described online.

Lovely hotel, good location, rooms small.
Nice location on a quiet road, with some nice restaurants close-by. Very quiet in the room. From our 4th floor room we could just about see the very top of the Eiffel Tower. Hotel room was very compact, as is standard in most Paris hotels. Tight space getting around the bed to the side near the window, but we managed ok. Wardrobe space was tiny! We were given complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay, which was a lovely touch. Cereals, toast, fruit, pastries, drinks were nice. Breakfast meat, eggs and cheese also available. Room was clean, bathroom nice and very clean. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Checking lovely receptionist - room wasn’t ready when we arrived (Although I was with a 16 months old baby which needed a nap) Wifi - Unbelievable bad. Don’t even think about working. I couldn’t even load an email. bathroom clean and benefits from a bathtub - extremely small - Mine had no lotion (my lotion had been emptied out prior to my visit and wasn’t refilled. Bit disappointing for the price) Room: - minuscule - Next to the stairs. SUPER noisy great bed! Brilliant pillows. Very comfy dark bedrooms (great curtains) benefits from aircon Terrasse - Tiny, Receive no sun and has 0 view, leak of the water supply. great for smokers Pool clean and very tastefully decorated heated pool - no towers provided at the pool /- 45 mins limitation for privatised pool (I personally loved it and thought it was long enough!) Location fantastic location. Walking distance from Montmartre and the sacré cœur as well as galeries Lafayette, opera. Etc. Full of restaurants, bars, boulangeries, and little shops nearby. Room service - only offers cheese/meats boards and pizzas. Slightly disappointing Overall I loved the design when entering the hotel and the receptionist was lovely but i was very disappointed by the size of the room and even more by the terrasse… I was however pleasantly surprised by the pool. Had a great time there. And the location is amazing!

Nice staff, very small rooms
Room was very small, no view but also some construction that began around 8am and was quite loud. The hotel was rated 4 stars but felt more like a 3 star hotel. Very nice staff.

Hotel in the pleasant Saint George area of Paris. Stayed there qith a couole of friends for 3 nights. Room was small and our friends' room even smaller. Kept very clean. Didn't have sufficient bath towels one day. Breakfast adequate. Didn't feel it was good enough value against other hotels we have stayed at in the area

This property is ideally located and quiet. You can walk there from Gare du Nord in 15 minutes. The staff are lovely!! The location is perfect for views and walkable to many attractions but a number of Metro stations are close by. The spa is also a lovely perk as well. We will definitely be back here!!
