This is a lovely hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and very accommodating. A quick five minute walk to the Champs Elysees. Lovely rooms - quaint and beautiful.

Loved the front desk, very friendly people!! Right by Champs Elysees, so lots of delicious restaurants and shopping nearby! Also within 4 minutes walking of a metro which was very easy to use. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful boutique hotel in Champs Elysee area

Friendly and accommodating - Small boutique hotel, off from Champ Elysee, perfect for our stay. Nice restaurants/brassieres in the area and small supermarkets too. I would recommend this hotel based on great service, cleanliness and location

This boutique hotel was so cute! It was clean and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel on our 2 week trip to Europe. The room had nice amenities, and breakfast was delicious. We could walk to many main attractions or easily catch a bus to other locations. The only negative was the room was small making it difficult to have 2 suitcases open and still walk around.

Upon arrival, the guest service person was very confused and not helpful. When we finally got our keys to room and inspected the bed for bedbugs there was an infestation. When informing service desk, he was not surprised and told us good luck finding another hotel. Horrible experience!

Booked for a superior room and wasn’t given one. Was given only room they had left which was a handicap accessible room. As nice it is to see hotels accommodating, as I do not need this service the shower and toilet were very awkward and unusable (I.e., water from shower goes everywhere). When I asked for superior room as I paid, I was told no on the first night. Only after I made a comment did they said they would see what they could do. Bad customer service.

Une nuit en famille dans cet hôtel. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre un peu petite pour un séjour long mais équipement complet et literie excellente. Rue fermée à la circulation donc très calme à 2 pas des champs Élysée. Petit déjeuner copieux et café à discrétion toute la journée. Je recommande

Pleasant Stay

Great stay. Centrally located but on a quiet street. Room is small but clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Solid breakfast buffet. Small selection, but was delicious.

The Hotel was Par excellence, The staff were fantastic and the hotel was cozy and quiet. The Hotel has an excellent position with main shopping center, metro and Champs Elyse's all a stone’s throw away What I did not like was the street outside was dirty, building works and dog pools difficult to dodge. Struttura buona, ristrutturata da poco, soggiorno piacevole. Un plus alla sala d’ingresso con un bel camino, comode poltrone e possibilità di servirsi bevande calde gratuitamente, oltre ad avere la possibilità di bere qualcosa a pagamento. Purtroppo non si può aprire la finestra in camera.
