"Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was warm, gracious, and genuinely helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. The location is equally outstanding. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel is just steps away from the lively Grands Boulevards district, surrounded by charming bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and convenient shops. Galeries Lafayette is an easy stroll away, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris. One of the things we enjoyed most was the atmosphere of the neighborhood. The area comes alive in the evenings with a wonderful energy, offering the perfect blend of Parisian charm, vibrant nightlife, and local character. Thoughtfully located, impeccably staffed, and wonderfully comfortable, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Paris experience."

"The hotel was a good, clean stay and the hotel staff were very helpful and kind, especially a front desk clerk called Corinne! I liked the location of the hotel, it was very easy to get around by metro and a lot of nearby restaurants, cafes, and other shops. The room was comfortable for our family of four; there was air conditioning and a drinking water glass bottles filled for the room daily. They also allow you to store bags before checking and after checking out. In a classic European style, the elevators are tiny and the stairs are narrow, but that’s part of the charm of going to France. I recommend this hotel and would return!"

"We had an horrible experience from the time we got to the hospital until the we left. First trying to figure out where the hotel is located is a problem. There is not clear description on where it is located down this ally and how to get through the locked gate at night to get to the hotel. Next when we got to the front desk to check in, the worker started criticizing our county. There is no place for this kind of talk to people visiting who have nothing to do with the political atmosphere. The A/C in our room was too small for our room size and it was hot and muggy all nights. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna. We had ant and bugs all over and around our desk area. The place was run down. The only + was that it had a good location, but other than that, I would avoided this hotel like the plague!"
