This is a hard review to write - because I want to get the balance right here. The hotel itself is stunning. The people super friendly. The rooms immaculate and clean. HOWEVER…for over 24 hours of our stay we had incredibly loud generator going outside of our bedroom. No sleep at all at night - and during the day we couldn’t use the balcony that we paid extra for. The management didn’t seem at all interested in making any consolidatory gestures…just hard lined it - not our fault. My suggestion would be that anyone being allocated to our room are warned and made aware that if there is a need for the generator to kick in it will be like they are inside the engine of a jumbo jet plane - and sleep will be impossible! Such a pity as it really impacted what would have been one of our best stays whilst touring Brazil.

Our hotel in Paraty from now on

Great hotel, extremely clean and easy to park a car. $30 reais cab ride to historic district. Check in/out was easy and the room was good enough for 2 people. They have no phone in the room but it didn't seem to be a problem. Internet worked well. Pool was great along with the bar. Reception area is also very spacious making it comfortable to gather the group. Wait until you see their breakfast spread. I hugged the lady who prepares it, she definitely loves what she does. Breakfast was superb. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Pousada de fácil acesso, super segura, ampla e confortável. Possui piscina ótima, espaço para descansar com mesas, bancos, etc. A localização dela é magnífica, na entrada da cidade, o que facilita o deslocamento nos arredores. Para ir ao centro histórico é necessário veículo, Uber, etc, pois é meio longe. Funcionários super eficientes e educados.

Pousada que abraca

A pousada é muito bem conservada, muito graciosa, com uma piscina bem grande e um cafe da manha excepcional. Extremamente limpa, nao se encontrava um grao de arria no piso do quarto. Nossa opcao foi principalmente porque viajavamos com nosso salsicha. O atendimento de todos oa funcionarios fez com que nos sentissemos em casa

Hotel excelente e o mais importante : com gerador. É indispensável em Paraty-fica a dica . A energia cai toda hora na cidade ,inclusive assim que cheguei estavam sem luz há um tempão ,mas com o gerador na pousada ,zero problemas com isso .

Estadia espetacular

Excelente para todos os tipos de serviços. Fomos bem atendidos desde a recepção, equipe de limpeza, serviço de bar e restaurante. Todos muito educados e acolhedores. Passamos um final de semana em família. A pousada possui uma piscina maravilhosa e uma ampla e completa sala de jogos que atende a todas as idades. Um dia agradável

Boa. Atendimento dos funcionários foi muito simpático. Meu quarto standard estava todo reformado e impecavelmente limpo. A única coisa é que a pousada é longe do centro histórico e o transporte de taxi é preço fixo e bem caro. O uber não funciona bem.

Impressionante 👏👏👏

A pousada impressionou a mim, e minha esposa positivamente. Estou impressionado com a limpeza, e conservação da pousada. Cordialidade e educação de todos os funcionários (estou falando todos). O bar da piscina excelente , e o café da manhã muito bom. Não tenho nada para falar de negativo dessa pousada. Objetivo da minha estadia era conhecer as praias de trindade e passar a noite em Parati (já conhecia). Mas a pousada é tão agradável que quando voltamos de trindade ficamos na piscina da pousada, e não saímos a noite. Nota 10 e parabéns a todos da pousada que trabalham para ter aquele ambiente .

Boa estadia, atendimento excelente desde a chegada, café da manhã gostoso. Bom custo benefício. Pontos a melhorar, chuveiro elétrico e não esquentava muito bem, só conseguimos usar no morno, se abrisse muito a água ficava gelada. Pela hospedagem ter sido em dias que esfriaram, fez muita diferença. Piscina no site estava como aquecida, mas não funcionava nos dias que estive, escolhi a pousada justamente pela piscina e não aproveitei nenhum dia.
