"Everything was super good"

"The facilities were not clean; the room smelled bad and was very damp. There weren't enough towels—none for drying one's face, for the floor, or for drying off after a shower. There wasn't enough staff to carry luggage to the rooms; in fact, I had to carry my own bags. The pool is too small for the number of guests staying there. In conclusion, I don't think it's a 5-star hotel; for me, it's a 3-star hotel."

"The hotel was very clean and well kept. They offer a decent breakfast buffet on site which was super beneficial traveling with two toddlers. This hotel caters to golfers but we were able to find things to do in the surrounding areas. There are restaurants on sight and also restaurants right outside the hotel by the parking area. There are two pools and a small pool that was perfect for my two toddlers. 24 hour room service was also available."

"Según el personal del hotel hace poco tiempo fumigaron la propiedad y las habitaciones. Por lo cual encontramos algunas cucarachas todavía con vida dentro del cuarto.. ofrecieron cambiar la habitación pero ya era demasiado tarde .. inicialmente mi reservación era una habitación con vista al mar ..lo cual tampoco se cumplió. . Las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron muy amables y educados ."

"My experience at The JW Marriott of Panama was beyond exceptional. ALL of the staff working from housekeeping to the cooks were very friendly and courteous the building was well maintained and updated the amenities were phenomenal the restaurants and bars especially LIMA had the BEST FOOD I eaten 3 days in a roll 😋 there hats off to the cooks The shrimp fondue and seabass dumplings were to die for"
