Letztes Jahr ok. Dieses Jahr nein.

Für eine Nacht ok. Wir waren schon letztes Jahr da und reisten eigentlich zufrieden ab. Dieses mal jedoch überhaupt nicht. Abgesehen davon, dass es im Zimmer keinen Fernseher hatte (und dies stand in der Beschreibung) und das Wlan auch nicht funtionierte, war der Eingang des Hotels neben einer Baustelle durch die Garage (das eigentliche Hotel wird nicht mehr genutzt und deshalb ist der Weg zur Reception etwas kritisch). Schade fanden wir auch, dass es kein Frühstück mehr im Angebot hatte. Sauberkeit und Komfort ok. Service naja... Bisschen unfreundlich. Wenn das Hotel dann wieder renoviert ist und der Eingang nicht mehr durch die Garage führen wird, überlegen wir uns nochmal einen Aufenthalt dort, bis dahin aber nein danke.

Capisco che a Lugano i prezzi sono alti, ma questo non aveva nemneno la tv in camera. Si tratta di un albergo decisamente vecchio. Credo ne stiano costruendo uno nuovo li vicino. Speriamo bene. Personale molto cortese

kleines einfaches sehr sauberes Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist klein und einfach eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame an der Reception. Von unserem Zimmer Balkon war die Aussicht super über den Luganersee. Morgen um halb acht beginnt leider momentan starker Baulärm. Nicht für Langschläfer geeignet.Wir profitierten von einem Last Minute Preis.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.Wir würden das Zimmer mit Aussicht wieder buchen.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind beim Hotel sind sehr eingeschränkt. Wir konnten aber entgegenkommenderweise in der Garage parkieren. Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit, das Morgenessen im Hotel einzunehmen, obwohl wir am Abend bei der Ankunft die Antwort erhaben haben, dass das möglich ist. Das Hotel hat uns dann ein nahe gelegenes Café empfohlen. Diese Empfehlung war gut.

A bit better than a park bench

Filthy with attitude. Should be condemned. Staff complain more than the guests. Rooms are so outdated the tv was a tube with a 12" screen.

Good location

We staid in this hotel for one night. The location is great, next to cable car station to Monte San Salvatore and very close to train station Paradiso. The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. But it was clean and ok to stay for a night, price value ok for this city.

lage: kurzer spaziergang am see ins zentrum von lugano, bus fährt in der nähe hotel/zimmer: im umbau, zimmer eher veraltet, sehr kleiner tv (falls man diesen benötigt), betten sind gut personal: sehr freundlich, top preis: guter preis für lugano

景色の良いルガーノ湖まで近いホテル

最寄のLugano Paradiso駅から徒歩3分とアクセスが良く、夜ルガーノ湖まで3分程度歩くと右には山に、左にはルガーノの街に輝く夜景が見えてとても綺麗でした。フロントは英語が良く通じ、便利でした。部屋は一人で宿泊しましたが、十分広く、綺麗で、シャワールームも綺麗でした。ほとんどの施設には満足でしたが、Wi-Fiがフロント限定で部屋で使えなかったので評価2とさせていただきました。

Terrible service - never again

Most annooying to me was that would only change the sheets every seven days. I did not really clean the room. The location was good just near the cable car up to the mountain San Salvador and close to the lake - relatively quiet. The outside pool looked appealing to me, whereas the inside pool looked a bit run down - not very inviting.

Gute Lage, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum in Lugano-Paradiso, zum Ufer des Sees sind es 3min zu Fuß.Parken ist im Autosilo für ca. 10 CHF die Nacht möglich (Entfernung ca. 2min zu Fuß). Das Hotel selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und relativ hellhörig und verwinkelt. Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn der Anblick an die 70er Jahre erinnerte. Frühstück kostet 10SFR extra - man darf hier keine Wunderdinge erwarten aber es war ok. Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse im obersten Stockwerk. Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption ist ausbaufähig.

Worth the money

For an expensive town this is a very reasonable option, yes it's an older hotel but it serves it's purpose, clean comfortable and centrally located. Staff are a really bonus and very helpful. I stay in many hotels from economical to high end, I was in town on business this was a perfect option for me. I will use it again if in town.
