Awful staff in the restaurant area!!! Impossible to have a nice breakfast. They took about 20 minutes to bring us 2 fried eggs. We would never go back to that place!!!

The property was OK. The photos look better than the actual hotel. They ended up charging me extra for some local tax (almost 20%!) because I went with local residents which I thought was ridiculous since I am not a resident and I had already paid for the 2 rooms. Furthermore, they charged me for 2 extra breakfasts because according to them any children over 12 needs to pay for extra breakfast and this does not coincide with Expedia information. I think you should align better with these hotels that at the end want to make all these extra charges to customers that are not clear on the reservation.

Dirty, mouldy and smelly rooms

This stay was a total disappointment. First of all, at check in, the receptionist refused to give me the 20% voucher for food that my status from this site allows, despite showing the proof of eligibility. This is the first time this has happened. Upon reaching out to this site's customer care, they eventually relented but we already felt awkward by then as we were sat in the restaurant. Next, the rooms are SO DIRTY! Ours stank of old stale feet and the bathroom was mouldy (see photos) and the balcony chairs also dirty. The hotel is far from the centre of town and as there isn't Uber it's costly (Peruvian standards) to get taxis to and from. There is however a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel pool is great for summertime. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It's just not a 4 star hotel by any means from our experience.

El hotel esta bien. Me parece caro para lo que es. Me estoy muvando a haytt por que su precio es mejor. El servio en el comedor en la cena fue bastante mediocre. Traian los platos a algunos de la familia y los otros tienen que esoerar mas 10 minutos. Tambien se olvidan de los pedidos

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Casa Andina Select Paracas with my mom for Mother's Day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for—the entire atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and relaxing, which was exactly what we were hoping for. A heartfelt thank you to Rafael, the manager, who made our farewell extra special by treating us to a beautiful breakfast on our last day. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel genuinely appreciated. I also want to sincerely thank Abigail and Jesus M. for their consistent kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Estuvimos una noche en nuestro tour por todo el país. En Paracas hicimos el tour por las islas ballestas y el recorrido por la reserva nacional. Lugar hermoso para visitar. Respecto al hotel, una unas excelentes instalaciones y la atención del personal fue amigable y eficiente. Jotel recomendable.
