The mirrors and sinks were never cleaned, they often forgot to leave towels, and the trash was not taken out. We complained and asked them to clean the room, but it was still just as dirty afterward. Apparently, they thought adding more soap would solve the problem. In the end, they simply left the sheets on the bed for us to make the bed...

"3 nights in July for our anniversary, booked on Expedia, upgraded from a junior suite to an apartment. Rooms and staff are the real draw. Dining, especially over Shabbat, is where it stumbles. 4/5.
