"This is our second time here and we really like it. It is easy to get to, plenty of parking and great host and hostesses. Ben working the front desk had some great info for us about the town and where to eat and was super friendly! Would def. Stay here again- dog friendly!!!"

"The floors were uneven and leaning downhill, and the beds were 3 inch difference in levelness from one to the other. It was very antiquated and wore out."

"I love this place! We have stayed here a couple times now with our 3 kids and they love it there! I only have a 4/5 on cleanliness because there was a lingering smell in our suite that I had to spray some body spray whenever we walked in! The pool is beautiful but there’s a lot more older people that did not like the sound of kids playing. One lady yelled out “inside voices” while they were jumping, so that’s stressful as a parent. We wanted them to have fun but had to keep telling them to quiet down for all the older people trying to relax. As a whole I would definitely come back because the staff is amazing and friendly, the suites are reasonably priced for our family of 5 with enough room and you have easy access to all the other towns around the area like duck creek or panguich,for example! Definitely a family friendly hotel but just know there’s a lot more older people than families this time of year, just that I’ve noticed the last couple times I’ve come. "

"Property was tired and rundown. In serious need of a makeover. The property has a lot of potential and the concept of the western town is clever and can be developed and marketed. In our room, there was only one bedside lamp and one of its bulbs was burned out. Some of the outlets in the lamp base did not work. The mattress was well beyond its useful life. Liked the two chairs-that was a plus."

"A magnificent place to stay. Super clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff all set in a beautiful, serene spot. Bar and dinner on site were great and overall a great stay this time of year. Can't wait to go again soon!"

"Room was clean, large, and cute. Staff was very responsive and kind, so the virtual front desk was no problem. It had everything we needed. It kinda felt like it was an old motel with a makeover, which isn’t bad; it just needs a *little* more upgrading like plumbing (the toilet barely flushed), better outlet placement, and some hooks to hang stuff on in the bathroom. "

"We got a 3-bed unit, which had a microwave and fridge but no other kitchenette amenities. The beds were a little firm, but the bathroom was perfect. A nice little historic motel, near a great breakfast place The Cowboy Smokehouse."
