"Tuvimos un problema con el aire en el techo del baño del cual caía agua, sobre el inodoro. Además como coincidimos cuando iba el personal de limpieza, no cambiaron ni llevaron la basura durante nuestra estadía"

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"
