Shores of Panama 1409

I gave it an okay experience. We have stayed at many condos at the Shores of Panama, an have been satisfied but this one needs some work. The door handles to the doors were loose and falling off. The ceilings had leaking brown spots. The front door handle was rusty, and an eye soar. For the money you pay to stay at this nice condo facility the room was just not up to par.

Overall nice time. Would come again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider coming here again. Amenities are nice. Pool is fantastic, and there seems to be plenty of chairs and beach chairs for everyone. The number of fun mixed or frozen drinks at the pool bar was incredible. Originally, our door code wouldn’t work, but we called management company. They answered right away and provided an alternative number that worked, so we only had to spend less than 5 min working through it. The unit was clean. My only gripe is whatever cleaning product they used on the tile floor left a slime type of feeling on your feet. Mild “ick” factor at most, but including this for feedback to the property company to possibly switch whatever they’re using.

I was mad do e to having to pay a additional $60 just to park. I was never told or informed prior to arrival. I thought that I was getting a queen bed, double bed, and a bunk bed. Instead I got a king bed, bunk bed, and a pullout sofa. My room wasn’t locked prior to entering it. The lock had many issues during stay with not working right. Sometimes it took as long as 5 minutes to make sure it was locked. The female at the check in desk was not helpful nor professional. She laughed at me when I asked about the $60 fee.
