The staff on duty was extremely helpful. The room was ok. The fridge can holder needed cleaned. The shower spot barely released for shower to transfer from tub to shower . It leaked all night. The floor needs cleaned better. Everyones feet was black on bottom from floors. Even the towel we used to clean up water from pool turned black.

The floors were wet I could have could easily fallen But since it was late when I checked in I did not walk to the front to report it so my daughter and I took some extra towels that we had and dried the water up and turned the air on. The housekeeper that moped the floor needs some training on how to mop but the actual room was clean. Also the phone did not work so therefore I was unable to call the front desk.,

Our room was a smoking room which it should have been non smoking. Room was dirty floor was nasty. Asked for someone to sweep and no one came. Wanted a refund but they said it would take 12-14 days to get refund. It didn't take that long to take my money so it shouldn't take that long to give it back. Room was just overall not the cleanest.

My goodness, as soon as we walked into our non-smoking room, we were overwhelmed by the strong smell of cigarette smoke. For guests with medical conditions or sensitivities, this is a serious issue and completely unacceptable. The floors were also extremely dirty and sticky. I had to keep my socks on the entire time, and they were so filthy afterward that I threw them away the next day. The only positive part of our stay was the front desk associate. She was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I genuinely felt bad because someone with her level of hospitality deserves to work at a much better hotel. We expected much higher cleanliness standards from this brand, but this experience was a huge disappointment. A non-smoking room should actually be smoke-free and clean. Unfortunately, this stay has lost us as customers. We will not be returning.

I had to pretty much go behind house keeping the day I got there with my own cleaning stuff and clean the mirrors wipe the jacuzzi tub out and around it clean the shower out and wipe pretty much everything down and I paid the price for the room I should’ve not have to do that at all

Nice location

Two story hotel with no elevator, so if you have issues climbing stairs, call ahead and request a ground floor room. The room was clean, the staff was nice. The mattresses in our room were not exactly comfortable. We did notice there was a work crew working on some of the rooms remodeling, so could be a work in progress. It is close to Panama City Mall, and right next door to O'Charleys. Golden Corral with in a block and a half. They have danishes, muffins, cereal, bagels and fresh fruit along with juice (apple and orange) and milk for breakfast. There is a Krispy Kreme down the same road about 1 mile. Short stay not spending alot of time in room with 2 teenagers wasn't too cramped.

Room was dirty, corners, walls and sheets, the room had a poop smell as soon as we walked in. They tried to cover it up with mopping again and spraying ODOR Spray everywhere and it was still there when we came back from dinner, we had to switch all our luggage upstairs to a room from downstairs. I wish I could’ve got my money back and booked elsewhere. Breakfast was empty what they did have, and acted like they couldn’t restock. Seems their family filled up the lobby eating everything instead, Never again. Do not recommend.
