The property was very clean and the best part.. our check in time was at 4pm but we decided to head early to the beach and use the hotel amenities and beach access. We arrived around at the property at 10am and our room was ready!!!! 5 stars!!!

Staff were very friendly, security patrolled the condos and pool area which made me feel safe. Condo was very up to date and clean. Balcony overlooked the beach, had an amazing view. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!

The location of the unit was the best feature of this rental. It was right on the beach. There were a couple issues with our unit though. We went the first night and second day of our trip with the AC not working properly, but it was fixed late the next night. The pullout couch was broken. I reached out about it being broken but it was never fixed. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms because of some type of repair/issue with the pipes. Not a huge issue, but when you pay money for your summer vacation, you expect the condo to be ready. A huge hole in the wall is not “ready” for tenants.

Summerhouse was great. Nice rooms and kitchen. Nice staff. CLEAN. Some outlets didn't work and the main toilet was broken when we got there. Everything was fixed promptly! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful pool area and beach access. Lobby is freshly renovated. Great views from the room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaints are that we had to wash the bed linens that were clearly not laundered before we checked in and the fabric on the couches in the living room also did not appear clean. Otherwise, great kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and master bedroom view.

The property is nice, and in a great location. The condo is spacious and there is a great view. Cleanliness: Sand was all over the floors when we checked in. No beach towels or pool towels, only small white hotel towels. Front door had a huge gap between the door and the frame. You could hear and feel hot air coming through it. There was probably 1/8-1/4 inch gap. Was a little concerned for our safety. The door didn't seem secure. The front desk staff is very unattentive, not friendly, or helpful. The elevator was out of commission on 2 days. We were on the 7th floor and had a baby, 2 kids, and $200 worth of groceries that we had to carry up the stairs. Several people have been stuck on the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire dept. The fire dept. finally made them shut it down. We evacuated due to hurricane Milton. Our house was damaged and we had to leave a day earlier and asked for refund for that one night. The said it is our policy to never refund. I explained that this was a hurricane issue and should be refunded. They did not care that houses were destroyed and people needed to get home for insurance issues. I needed that $200 more than this massive company needed it. I will never book through PHG. They oversee over 8000 properties and do not care for individuals.

Master bedroom lamp had missing turn knob. Need better door between bath and sleeping area in master bedroom. Both sliding doors to balcony could not be locked. Roaches in several areas of property, but not in our unit. Not enough trash cans in unit. Parking lot flooded after a rain on the morning we left. Water was literally over ankle deep. Half of the closet in 2nd bdrm was filled up with a crib mattress and boxes. Several extension cords were provided, which was good. View from balcony was very good and was in shade for most of the day. Was only provided with 2 keys for 4 adults for the unit.
