"Rooms were well kept and clean, breskfast was great you choose what you wanted staff was very helpful when approached to query about anhthing"

"The room was very clean, the staff at Riu Plaza was very pleasant and courteous despite the language barrier."

"The staff was not pending when I tried to park the car at night time. The clerk was hanging by the sofas when I entered the lobby after parking the car outside."

"Clean, convenient, good food"

"If you're looking for a place just to sleep and go about your day then this hotel is best for you. Note you can only have your own drinks in your room but no where else on the property, although there is no signage that says that or was this communicated on check-in, that is the case. Staff are nice and try to accommodate the best way they can."

"Breakfast was good"

"The saying "you get what you pay for", applies to this hotel. The room that I initially checked in, the bathroom vent was buzzing. I called to have it fixed. I used the bathroom as I waited. When I flushed the toilet; it overflowed. I changed rooms the next day. Had the same issue with the vent. The bathroom sink was clogged. The phone didn't work when I tried placing an order for room service; therefore, at 11:30 pm, I had to go to the lobby to order. Everything closes by 8pm (too early). Not...

"We arrived around 10PM and the desk staff was not overly friendly. Our room was not cleaned in the 4 days we were there, not sure if it was a language barrier thing and we needed to ask for it to be cleaned. But other than that, the hotel was clean, the day staff was super friendly, the beds were comfy and the location was GREAT!"

"The view alone is worth the price. You get an amazing panoramic view of Panama City to wake up to and to enjoy at night. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is diverse and well done and the other amenities are excellent. The place is great for a romantic get away."

"Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal. Muy amables al check in y check out. Desayuno muy completo y variado todos los días. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Todo en orden, lo único es que no supe la diferencia del jabón de manos y del shampoo ya que olía exactamente igual, consistencia igual y anteriormente si daban shampoo, jabón y acondicionador por aparte. De todo lo demás la verdad es que la cadena de hoteles Holiday siempre me deja buen sabor de boca. No tuve problema con mi...

"Wonderful experience"

"I am so happy that I chose to stay here for the 2 weeks. The staff were so amazing and they made me and my partner’s stay very great"

"The pool looked more luxurious in the photos, there is no staff working there on a regular basis, but there is a phone near by that i figured out how to use to contact the front desk to make a lunch order to be delivered for the pool area. The staff was great - the only issue I had was with the air conditioning - it was initially too cold but when I turned it off and on throughout my stay the room would have an unpleasant damp smell upon entering. I also forgot to take my allergy medication on...

"Excelente lugar, con muy buena ubicación. Regresaremos."
