Perfect location and service, wit top level spa and very kind staff, as well as rich breakfast. One suggestion could be to put dark curtains because from 5 am it starts to be very bright and to use bed sheets instead of quilts.
Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English.
Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet).
Spa was not worth it either.
Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries.
Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.
