We stayed at the White Heaven Hotel for 2 nights in the middle of May 2026. The Hotel manager Mel, was very helpful with advice including arranging a very late supper at a local restaurant, dropping us off and picking us up. Also the Breakfast was great, many many delicious dishes brought to our table. All the other staff very also very helpful and assisted us in every way.

Mel is very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean. There was remodeling going on so the spa and indoor pool were not open, but based on the rest of the property they will be great when they are. The outdoor space is really charming. Also, a nice selection of Turkish crafts on the lobby. Easy walk into town and the travertines/Hieropolis - which are absolutely stunning and worth the visit plan on at least 4-5 hours.

Friendly hotel, very good location.

Very friendly and serviceminded hotel. Big rooms with a beautiful balcony. Good breakfast, but we missed a more international breakfast. The hotel was close to both city and sightseeing, and we would choose it again, if we come back.

We had very large room with charming decor, lots of storage, and great bathroom with huge shower - plus a very pleasant terrace overlooking the fields, not the road. Beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi quality was a bit variable, but mostly worked. Staff was always available and made good recommendations for dining and visiting Hierapolis-Pamukkale, plus welcomed us with a glass of wine. Lots of parking and easy check-in; located within walking distance of the south entrance of Pamukkale and restaurants of town.

Really nice!!!

The site of the hotel is beautiful , the room are spacious , super clean and equipped with all the commodities. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Turkish breakfast was exceptional, fresh and tasty. The hotel is well situated for the travertine pools and hieropolis close by. Would definitely recommend.
