"Cotton House is unpretentious, boutique hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and excellent hospitality. Mr. Toofan and his family looked after us like close friends. Breakfast was freshly prepared, served well and substantial. We also had dinner on 2 evenings. They were prepared for our vegetarian needs and felt homemade and fresh. Overall, we came away with a warm feeling of contentment. I would highly recommend this hotlel."

"The owner was very helpful. He booked a balloon flight for us. The pickup time was 5:30 AM and he was there at 5:30 AM waiting with us. The pickup van was late and he kept calling the company and made sure we got in the right van. He and his brother have a restaurant. They gave us 10% off and compared with the restaurant near by their restaurant has a better value. "

"This place was NOTHING as described in listing. Building appeared to be under construction-at least I hope it was as it was missing part of the roof and front doors. Linens on bed were dirty and towels had actual holes in them. Large holes. They also felt like sandpaper which I can only hope that it was because they were hand washed and air dried. Hopefully they were washed. The rug in one of the rooms looked like it came out of a horse stable, it was filthy. Absolutely no plates, cups or...

"Just across the street to Pamukkale. Very nice view from rooftop for Balloon and sunrise over the cotton candy in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again."

"I stayed just one night with my wife and the hotel gave me a family room that have 3 beds. It's good. The staffs were kind and help us whenever we had an issue for example the electric power converter from 220V to 110 V. We did not bring it so were difficult to use electonic devices.The breakfast When I asked it to the staffs, they gave it and I could use my devices. The breakfast buffet was really good. "Hotel Pamukkale was the perfect place to stay while visiting. A 5 minute walk to the Travertine pools and a wonderful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure and steaming hot water. The host spoke great English and recommended wonderful places. I even saw him one night after dinner riding his scooter and he pulled over and asked if I needed/wanted a ride back to the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I will definitely return."
