"Everything was so amazing! From the time I walked through the front entrance to check in down to the spotless cleanliness of the place. A guaranteed customer for life! The only thing and I do mean the only thing that was missing was the morning breakfast that I saw a few of the other guests looking for. Not everyone comes packed and prepared with food like me! "Walt is a creeper that cares more about trying to Big Dawg the guests so he can attempt to impress his co-workers that are by in large 50 years younger than him, than he does being hospitable. He’s totally lost the plot and believes he’s the main character. We’re all there to bolster his ego. People that talk about Southern Hospitality, have clearly not traveled very much because in all my travels have not experienced worse hospitality anywhere in the world. It’s sad because it’s a decent place in a good location and if it were properly managed the place would do a killing, instead you have a total buffoon managing it that’s got everyone wound so tight that they are screaming at you from across the lobby over other guests for some minor perceived infraction or threatening to call the police on you for trying to retrieve a Amazon package from the front desk. Seriously stay away, you’ve been warned. Walt, semantics would be calling you anything other than totally inept and bald. "
