Nice ! Cook chief prepared good plates and excellent services. Clean resort outside. Room just OK, but not Deluxe room.

因大马尼拉封城，行程被迫取消，但无法退款

因为菲律宾大马尼拉封城政策，导致无法前往。依据菲律宾政府规定，需无条件退还住宿费用，但Hotel客服告知，无法进行退款，违反法律规定。电话也无法联系上饭店。 Due to Metro Manila lock down, according to Govt policy, should be refund. Hotels.com customer service send me the email and reject the refund. It's against the Philippines govt memo. Their contact number is not working.

uncomfortable night stay

We drive 50kms from Ormoc hoping for a nice stay for the night. Disappointed. We expected the small rooms (we got #4), but the airconditioner isnt working. ‘It must have run out of freon sir’, suggested the worker, but didnt do anything about it. We asked for another room, but it’s AC also wasnt strong enough for the room with ambient temp is too warm. Since we’ve let the AC on for 2 hrs while we went out for dinner, at least the room’s heat has dissipitated at least. So we opted to remain after asking for a standing fan. The bath doesn't drain well. On the upside, the place is by the beach.
