Amazing experience

Everything was top of the line here. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout out to the afternoon and evening staff working on Saturday, June 29, 2025! They went way above and beyond to make our visit a wonderful experience! My granddaughter especially loved having “her own” TV and all of the great food and drink options. We are looking forward to coming back once the rooftop pool renovation is completed!

Im speechless. Bidets, heated flooring, Egyptian cotton sheets, prompt service. Did I mention it's all inclusive?. You're wasting time reading any further go book a stay and see for yourself!!

Pamper yourself at this hotel

The purpose of this trip was to celebrate an accomplishment in our family as well as to give my entire family a much needed break from our daily grind ever since Covid started. We chose the right hotel to do that. While staying there for 3 nights, we ordered room service, ate til we're full, spent hours at the pool and hot tub, spent hours soaking in the giant tub in our suite, watched TV and rested our minds. This is not how we usually do our daily lives :) However, after working very hard every day this year, we felt entitled to reward ourselves with a luxury hotel stay. The only thing we hoped was more available was Chromecast on the TV. It's either the functionality was there but we didn't find it, or it was not there altogether. Our family watches a lot of Netflix to rewind so it would have made the experience much better if we had Chromecast or Netflix function on the TV. Overall, if you are looking somewhere to be pampered and treated like a royalty, this is the place. From guest services, housekeeping and all the personalized touches, it was very very good.

Great place mediocre bed

Overall this place is great, a little on the pricey side but if you utilized the all inclusive aspect of it, it makes you feel like it was worth it. Service is incredible and every employee there was very kind and helpful, the room was very nice with heated bathroom floors and tvs everywhere. My only problem was the bed, the mattress felt like quick sand, the pillows were so massive almost unuseable and the down comforter must have weighed 50lbs felt like i was getting smootheted but if you are into that kind of stuff than it's the perfect place! I will probably stay here again but might try the pull out couch next time!

From the moment we arrived Benny was AMAZING. We came for my wife’s birthday weekend and they surprised her with a bouquet of flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and the most excellent service we’ve ever experienced. I beyond highly recommend staying here. Heated bathroom floors, heated toilet seats. Comfortable pillows and bed.amazinf roof top hot tub and pool. You won’t regret it
