"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"We stayed for 4 nights. Kitchenette, two beds, one was a separate bedroom. It was clean but in need of a refresh. Staff are friendly.
